Kentucky IPL is a community of congregations, faith-based organizations, and individuals of faith responding to climate change as an ethical and moral issue, through advocacy, education, energy conservation, energy efficiency, stewardship, and the use and promotion of clean, renewable energy.

Through education, advocacy and action, Kentucky IPL mobilizes a religious response to climate change and the social injustices it creates.
Our Vision
As people of faith, we are called to care for our planet and for our neighbors.
We envision a future where Kentucky’s land, air, and water create healthy communities for all people in the state and for generations to come.
We believe in centering the voices of those most impacted by climate change and environmental injustice.
We believe in the usage of renewable energy programs that stimulate the Kentucky economy and provide clean energy to Kentucky residents.
